Rainbow Herbals' Patchouli Essential Oil, 10mL
Pure, Unadulterated, Undiluted
Source: India
Patchouli is an Indian name, meaning ‘Green Leaf’. Patchouli, like Sandalwood, Vetiver, and Frankincense, is a perfume fixative.
Our Patchouli essential oil is one of the top-grade patchoulis available in the market today. It has a rich musky-sweet, strong spicy and herbaceous smell. Being of earth, Patchouli essential oil is used for connecting the heart (Anahata) chakra with the sacral (Svadhisthana) and root (Muladhara) chakras.
For centuries, Asians used patchouli to fight infections, cool fevers, tone the skin and entire body, and act as an antidote for insect and snake bites
Has been used to treat colds, headaches, nausea, vomiting diarrhea, abdominal pain, and halitosis (bad breath)
This oil digests toxic material in the body
It helps with acne
It curbs appetite and helps with weight reduction
It reduces cellulite, tightens loose skin, and reduces wrinkles
It helps with other skin conditions, such as chapped skin and itching from hives
It protects against UV radiation
When diffused, it can be extremely sedative, especially if combined with lavender
It reduces anxiety
Blends well with bergamot, clary sage, frankincense, geranium, ginger, lavender, lemongrass, myrrh, pine, rosewood, and sandalwood
(Note: I sell bergamot, frankincense, ginger, lavender, pine, and sandalwood hydrosol in my online store)
I personally use patchouli on my stomach and thighs to keep those areas tight, and I diffuse patchouli with lavender at night to get a restful sleep
