Used for digestive, menstrual problems, headaches, nervous tension, liver congestion, poor circulation, fever (plague), eye infections, and skin issues

It cools the skin after sun exposure and heat exposure

It can be used to flavor water, smoothies, and sweets, such as my mango lassi, rose saffron pistachio ice cream, and rose hibiscus and rose cinnamon teas, all of which will be in my dessert book, fall 2021
I personally spray directly on my skin daily, along with my sandalwood and lavender hydrosols
I also use to make a facial toner, combining with other hydrosols, aloe, and witch hazel
It works wonderfully in Indian sweets, such as gulab jamun
I also use in my salt baths when I want some extra love for myself
